Overall Lamination for thin paper and thick-cardboard, Window Lamination for thick-cardboard only. - Overlap controlled by Servo Motor System, adjust overlap accurately and stable.
- Dual-Set Dust Cleaner can clean the printing powder or the undry ink efficiency.
- Three-Rollers Coater and IR Dryer for Window Lamination function.
Laminating & Drying by one Jumbo Roller dia. 800mm, by Hot-Water circulation system, temperature controlled stable and accurate.
Hot-Air Recycle system saves 20% power, power-saving and environment-friendly - With Disc-Knife & Snapping System (for BOPP film) and also with Flying-Knife System(For BOPP/PET/Metalized film). Depends on different job, customer may use suitable Knife to separate the film.
